Arrangement fee for participation in the conference is 250 hrn (30$ USA).

Included:

· Participation in the conference with a report.

· Publication of the conference materials.
· Possibility to distribute advertising.
Living expenses, expenses on board, transportation and cultural program are not included.

Terms of participation in the conference and materials publication

Before the beginning of the conference it is planned to publish the collection of conference materials, registered in VAC (State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles).
Not later than March 1, 2009 such materials must be sent to the address of the Arrangement Committee:
- application for participation in the conference
- articles in electronic and printed form
- payment receipt
Articles to the collection of the conference materials should be presented at A4 size sheets, signed by the authors and in electronic variant.
UDK, name of the article (in capital letters), surnames and names of the authors, name of the institution should be double spaced and information should be one and half spaced. Type “Times New Roman” 14 pt. Single indention. Margins: left – 2,5, right – 1,5; top – and bottom both – 2cm.
Drawings for the article are presented along with the signature. Formulas are performed in the text by editing program Microsoft Equation.
Subject headings of the article should contain: summary (English, Russian), introduction, problem description, summary, list of cited literature.
Size of the article is up to 5 pages.
The page ends in author’s contact address and telephone number.
